HEAVEN!!!
This apple dip is the best apple dip you will ever have. It amazes me there are only 3 ingredients and you are left with nothing less then a miracle.
So...I made this apple dip to eat with the yummy apples Jason's mom sent us from his brother's orchard. (These apples are to die for as well. The best in the world; I think they are fuji...I could be wrong.) Justin sat up to the bar with the bowl of dip and his cut up apples as I watched TV. He yells from the kitchen, "Mom, I need more dip" I thought this was strange, it seemed there was plenty of dip for the one apple I cut up for him. Sure enough he brings me the bowl of dip and the dip is pretty much gone. I asked him to finish off the apples and we would make more tomorrow.
After getting the kids to bed, I went down to clean the kitchen and do the dishes. I noticed the empty bowl of carmel dip sitting on the counter....what I wasn't expecting to see was the entire apple sitting next to it....untouched. WOW Justin....I didn't realize you were eating the apple dip as the main course. Nice one buddy.
Not sure where that sweet tooth comes from???

I've had it- it's delicious!!!!
Yes I love this dip I had it at Janet's a few years ago and loved it. You can also mix toffee bits in it.Yum Love the family pics too.
